Melbourne - Pitch Charter Buses

Our Charter Buses are the safest and most sustainable way to travel to and from Pitch.

You will have the option to choose your departure time and date, which must align with your Festival Entry Ticket. Please consult the departure and return times below.

There will be a shuttle bus from Ararat Station to the Pitch site. Tickets can be purchased for the following times.

Please keep in mind:

You must arrive at your departure location 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time — the bus will not wait for you.

If a route or timeslot sells less than 50% of tickets, we will unfortunately be forced to cancel that bus. In this case, ticket holders will be automatically refunded.
All ticket sales are final — once you have purchased your Bus Pass we cannot swap or change the time or route of your pass.
Sharing is caring so baggage limits apply! Each passenger is entitled to bring 3 bags or equivalent — this could look like 1 bag, 1 suitcase or 1 tent — however, swags are not permitted to be brought onto the bus.

Ensure your mobile number and email address are accurate when booking so we can contact you with any updates or important information.
Download or print your booking confirmation with QR code to present when boarding.
Confirm your departure time and location. Your booking confirmation lists the departure time and pick-up location, along with a Google Map pin.

📅 On the Day

Bring your booking confirmation (with QR code) and stay together as a group.
You'll receive a wristband when you board, which serves as your return ticket.
Arrive on time - coaches depart strictly on schedule.

🚌 Coach Etiquette

❌ No eating or drinking on board.
🍻 No alcohol allowed or consumed on the coach.
🚫 Intoxicated patrons may be refused boarding.
🙌 Please be respectful to drivers and fellow passengers.
🗑 Use rubbish bins provided—help us keep the buses clean.
